This is our trademark 12 weeks, personalised and supervised program of health improvement for adults, consisting of:
1. Initial Senegenix Health check + Lifestyle Assessment
2. Weight Management + Fitness Training Plans
3. Remote Connected Health monitoring & data gathering
4. Wellness Coaching
8. Final Senegenix Healthcheck + Evaluation of change
The program starts with an initial Senegenix Healthcheck and Lifestyle assessment at a Senegenix location. We design a personalised Weight Management Plan and Fitness Training Plan, which together with Wellness Coaching, run over a period of 12 weeks. Program goals setting depends on the starting point and what can be realistically and safely achieved over 12 weeks.
The elements of the program are self-conducted in a client’s usual home/work environment, as part of their daily life routine. Various health & fitness parameters are recorded by wearable activity trackers as part of the Connected Health monitoring & Data gathering. Only health data is transmitted to Senegenix via our internet platform Senegenix FitConnect. A minimum set of a personal activity tracker (fitness band) and a personal body composition analyser (body fat scale) is required to allow this data to be recorded. We compile and analyse the data to report on during two mid-program remote video sessions at week 4 and week 8. We conduct Wellness Coaching and fine-tune the program elements.
At the end of the program we perform the final Senegenix Healthcheck, at a Senegenix location. We compare various essential health parameters pre and post-program, and report on the Metabolic Health Risk Score and the Fitness Index changes. The outcome of the program depends on the initial scores, the goals set for the 12 weeks program duration, and the consistency in following the program elements in daily life routine.
